The XDP XD144 EGR Delete Kit is designed to completely replace the Exhaust Gas Recirculation system (EGR) found on your 6.0L Powerstroke equipped Ford Super Duty. The factory EGR system is prone to many issues such as stuck EGR valves to
leaking EGR coolers and even pressurization of the cooling system.

By eliminating the EGR system your engine will run cleaner and cooler while increasing overall reliability. Manufactured in the USA from CNC machined billet aluminum and stainless steel for a lifetime of use. For
off-road use only.

  • Black anodized billet aluminum block-off plates
  • Built-in O-ring grooves provide a leak free seal
  • Does not require complete removal of intake manifold
  • Pressure tested TIG welds
  • Increases reliability & engine efficiency
  • MADE IN THE USA!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Does the intake manifold need to removed for install?
A: The XDP EGR delete does not require complete removal of the intake manifold. The oil filter, fuel filter and additional wires & hoses can all stay in place. This significantly reduces install time. However, the turbocharger & pedestal must be removed.

Q: Will my truck "throw a code" or a "check engine light"?

A: The EGR delete system should not throw a check engine light on 03-04 trucks. On 2005 models it has been noted that if the EGR valve is left in place the truck shouldn't throw any codes. On 06-07 models aftermarket tuning such as H&S or SCT are required to avoid any trouble codes.

Note: To avoid trouble codes on the 05-07 model year trucks, the use of aftermarket tuning is required.
